this is in response to workers requesting immediate action against continued mistreatment. specifically this is to address the harassment, manipulation, abuse, and intolerable treatment by one of the nighttime supervisors. As well, workers are becoming increasingly frustrated with the department head who has done nothing to prevent this from happening.
